I'm up to date now in the DI Helen Grace series and I enjoyed this one more than the last couple. The book focuses less on Helen Grace's personal life and more on the murder case she's trying to solve. It's a more straightforward crime thriller although there are a few twists and turns and it's not immediately clear who the perpetrator is.

I am always pleasantly surprised when I can't figure out 'who done it' half-way through a book. Glad you enjoyed this one!
