Today's prompt is TANGIBLE and was supplied by Prajakta (an armchair perfectionist)
Well I must confess to checking out the meaning of the word to confirm I'd got it right - real, not imaginary, able to be touched.
Hmm I don't think the space where the Christmas tree used to be is quite tangible.
The space is definitely real and the tree (until this morning) was definitely there - this was pre hoovering up the bits of tinsel etc that were under it. But I can't actually touch the space. I need to fill it. Perhaps I should call it a void rather than a space. I now have a space on my to do list. I'm not going to rush to fill that!
I had this problem yesterday... the tree is tangibly missing!!
ReplyDeleteLeave it empty for a while and see what it suggests to you. Don't be in a hurry to fill it.
ReplyDeleteHow about re-arranging furniture instead...
ReplyDeleteThe house always feels a little empty when the tree comes down and the decorations are put away. Christmas is behind us and ordinary time is here. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteI, too, like to find those empty spaces in my house!
